Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not provide any refunds for services purchased. An exception is a violation of our SLA: If we violate our SLA, your account will normally be credited for the next billing period accordingly, however, if you terminate your services at the end of the current period with due notice, we will refund the compensation amount due as per our SLA terms.
